The prices shown exclude GST.
Goods are sold on an ex works basis. Macnaught can organise standard road freight on behalf of the customer for a delivery charge of $18.50 ex GST (as of 1st November 2016).
Any urgent or overnight deliveries will incur an additional charge.

All orders are subject to Macnaught Terms of Trade.
Goods return policy
In all cases, the Macnaught Customer Service Department must be contacted BEFORE returning goods to obtain an RA (Return Authority) number. This will identify the goods on receipt at Macnaught and should be clearly shown on the packaging. Macnaught will not accept any returns without an RA number.
If the goods are damaged or have been incorrectly supplied, Macnaught will organise return and cover the cost of resupply.
If the goods have been incorrectly ordered or are no longer required by the customer, the return of the goods is at the sole discretion of Macnaught. If Macnaught agrees to the return of the goods, the customer is responsible for the cost of return and the payment of a restocking fee (15% or $50, whichever is greater).
All goods must be returned to Macnaught to qualify for replacement or credit, irrespective of value.
Goods must be in original undamaged packaging and in suitable resalable condition. Goods will only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase. The RA number should be noted by the customer and quoted in any contact dealings.
